The 2011 Citroen C4 - debut at Paris & on sale late 2010. Yes, we knew there was a new Citroen C4 coming to this year’s Paris Motor Show (there’s also the C4 based Citroen DS4 as well). What we hadn’t quite expected was for Citroen to divvy up any sort of detail on the C4 quite yet.

Significantly, the best-selling cars in the country are the VW Gol and the completely new Fiat Uno, both developed locally. It's therefore no surprise that car design gains more importance in the country's cultural scenario.
My first Jaguar experience was with the purchase of an XJ6 Coupe which I bought because I thought it was very elegant. The 4.2 straight six never failed to impress in the way the car just disappeared over the horizon in plush silence (apart from some wind noise from the door seals) and I loved the drama of opening two petrol caps and pumping in fuel from both sides of the car. After long fast drives to southern Germany I always arrived as fresh as when I started out. The car attracted admiring interest from everyone including little old ladies!
